All foods are prepared under the strict supervision of Rabbi Dovi Henig, the Director of the Chabad Jewish Center in Chengdu, and meet the highest Kashrut standards.
All Meat & Chicken products are Glatt Kosher and all baked goods are Pas Yisroel.
Rabbi Henig received his Smicha (ordination) from the College for Rabbinical Studies in Antwerp, Belgium and graduated with honors.
